Credential fix ships for HTTP, MQTT, SMTP and Voice Assistant Service, and Google TTS caches phrases again

Bug Fixes

• **HTTP Service** (1.0.8), **MQTT Service** (1.0.8), **SMTP Service** (1.0.7) **and Voice Assistant Service** (1.0.7): now published with the credential fix described in the previous release. Update these extensions from the Extensions app if you have not already.
• **ControlBird AI** (1.0.8): ships the app update that actually saves your provider API key. If you installed 1.0.7 before September 4, you kept an older app that silently dropped the key; update from the Extensions app and re-enter your key once.
• **Google TTS** (1.0.9): keeps synthesized phrases in its cache again, so AlAdhan's spoken reminders play. This needs platform v0.1.63; update the platform first, then update this extension.
