Bug Fixes

• integrations: Extensions that create an endpoint (most integrations) now create it on the node you selected in the Add Integration wizard, instead of always defaulting to the first node in a multi-node deployment.
• integrations: Installing a new endpoint-based integration no longer removes other nodes' endpoints from failover eligibility: new endpoints are now added to the candidate list instead of replacing it.
