email: Setting up Email now asks who to notify. Fill in default recipients while adding the integration and every notification template it creates is addressed for you, instead of arriving blank and waiting to be filled in by hand.
Bug Fixes
email: Notification templates created by the guided setup could not send. They were set up to read rather than to write, so a changing value never triggered the email, and nothing reported an error. They are now created able to send.
email: The Test Email template, the one meant for checking that a mail server is configured correctly, had nothing to watch and so could never send. It now watches its own connection description: write a message there and it is emailed.
email: Message bodies printed a literal \n where each line break belonged.
