The call to prayer reaches existing setups

Bug Fixes

• AlAdhan: updating the integration now sets up the call to prayer for prayer-time locations you already had. Previously the recordings were installed but nothing played, because the setup only ran when a location was first added - so the feature appeared to do nothing on an existing setup.
