Spoken prayer reminders, and rule chain nodes from extensions

Features

• AlAdhan: spoken reminders before each prayer. Choose the lead times (30, 20 and 10 minutes by default), the speaker and the text-to-speech voice at install or later in Device Manager, and the reminder is spoken at each lead time. Google TTS is installed automatically alongside it.
• Google TTS: adds a Speak Text node to the Rule Chain editor, so a chain can speak a phrase on a chosen voice device without writing any code.
• PulseAudio: adds Play Audio and Stop Audio nodes to the Rule Chain editor, with a speaker picker, sound file and priority, so a chain can start or interrupt playback directly.
• ControlBird AI: the assistant now understands nodes contributed by extensions and can author rule chains that use them, compiling them exactly as the editor does. Requires platform v0.1.59 or later.
