calendar: The action picker in the event editor is now a searchable list that scales to large numbers of programs and rule chains.

Bug Fixes
historian: Historian tables load again instead of showing "No historian tables found". A range of data that the new permission rules unintentionally hid is visible once more to the roles allowed to see it.
themes: The Dark theme is available again in the Theme Manager.
database-browser: Fields you do not have permission to read now show a clear "No read access" status instead of appearing as blank values with a misleading recent timestamp, and entries display their real last-updated time.
calendar: Event editor fields no longer overflow their container.
security: Certificate private keys and passphrases are now stored as protected secrets, masked in the interface, encrypted at rest, and kept out of logs. Reading certificates is now restricted to administrators.
